We are certified relocation specialists with Cartus Relocation, one of the largest relocation companies in the country. At Beth Ferester & Company, we also have ties with dozens of other relocation companies and we are the exclusive real estate company for a large business currently bringing employees to North Houston.
Concierge Service:
We have had the privilege of working with outstanding service companies over the years. We have compiled a list of these companies to share with our clients for their various needs. We also work with a company to assist in transferring utilities for your move. We have links on our website that our relocating clients have found extremely useful in researching schools, neighborhoods, and other area amenities.
Marketing:
We use Real Content Solutions to create and maintain our internet marketing, including search engine optimization and social media. We also use print marketing, including local and national magazines, newspapers, and mail-outs.
Our in-house marketing department assists in hiring professional photographers to capture photos of our listings, which are then used to create lovely full-color brochures, videos, websites, and print ads. In many cases we also provide a stager to assist in preparing your home for the market. Our First Impressions brochure outlines each step for our sellers to prepare their home for sale. Once the home is listed, our in-house agents tour the home and I host an open house exclusively for other agents in the area.
