  Josey went above and beyond during our nearly year-long homebuying process in The Woodlands. On top of showing us dozens of homes, she provided us with extensive comparable data about each home (unasked), shared her encyclopedic knowledge of The Woodlands market, and over time led us to completely trust that she had our best interests at the forefront. She is very personable and easy to be around—our kids loved her, and she never became pushy or impatient with us (even when she had reason to)! I must have asked her 1,000 questions and she treated the last one just as she did the first, with total patience and dedication. During our closing she was absolutely on top of every item, we never had to worry about a thing. In the end, we could not be more happy with our beautiful home and the top-notch representation she provided. We feel lucky to have met her & made a great friend during our home purchase.

  Josey was extremely responsive throughout the entire process of finding my home. She has excellent local knowledge and helped me figure out which neighborhoods would be a good fit for me in The Woodlands. We made offers on several homes and Josey was instrumental in helping me analyze the comps to negotiate a fair price and get the home I wanted. She is a warm and friendly person and I highly recommend her.

  Josey made buying a house much less complicated than I thought when I started the process. I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents, and being honest most of the terminology was gibberish for me at the beginning. Josey was professional and personal, she never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way. One thing I appreciate about Josey is that she was always available to answer my questions any time I asked for. She is like having a friend that is working for you.
